Jooan Ndemo is an LLB (Hons), Advocate trainee and an Associate in the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators.
Joan is passionate about the advancement of the legal profession and thought
leadership and as such has taken up membership in Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Kenya branch. She has previously worked in the Office of the Director of Public
Prosecution.
Additionally, Joan has a strong commitment to social justice and community
development, a cause she pursues through her participation in various roles within the
Rotaract Club, Hurlinghum.
Experience
 Conducting legal research and drafting of legal pleading that have ultimately
led to successful representation of clients in a range of dispute resolution
matters in areas of, contract law, employment, real estate & conveyance,
probate and succession, corporate and commercial, Insolvency and Insurance
law.
 Assisting in drafting and reviewing of a variety of agreements including
transaction documents, employment contracts, collaborative agreements and
Procurement documents.
